We can supply stainless steel foils in ultra thin guages in coil form   Gauges 0.0005” (0.0127mm) to .030" (0.76mm) Thickness Tolerance +/-  0.0001” (2.5 Microns) or better Width tolerance +/- 0.003” (+/- 75 Micron) .005" widths up to 305mm (12" ) Surface Finish 1 BA, TR(Temper Rolled),  RA  As Required ,1/8 hard,3/4hard, 1/2 hard, 3/4 hard and full hard Surface Polish 4 to 12 RMS or As Required Flatness as rolled 3% of thickness Tension leveled on request only Stainless Steel Alloys 304 (1.4301), 305 (1.4303), 316 (1.4404) , 317 (1.4438) and 321 (1.4541) These items are normally supplied to order rather than from stock
