Administration & import / export  coordinator

 

BS Stainless is a distributor and processor of stainless steel based in Blackburn. As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking for an individual to coordinate our import/export and administration department. The ideal candidate will have the skills to work as part of a small team dealing with paperwork and logistics of export and at the same time overseeing daily functions of a busy administration office covering credit control, purchase ledger, stock control, quality systems and other office administration functions. Part qualification in accountancy or relevant experience would be beneficial, export knowledge would be an advantage but the key skill will be flexibility to work on your own in a “hands on roll” we are looking for an individual who can both problem solve and  lead by example in creating an efficient working department.
